This Week’s New Recipes

I’m pretty diligent about trying new recipes and using new foods. So I decided to help share that with you guys!

1. Spicy Tuna Quinoa Bowl with Sesame Kale

I just loved this dish! It was easy to make and delish! I did end up using some hummus to create more of a ‘sauce’ so it wasn’t so dry. But overall, this is a treat! I made this twice this week.

2. Bang Bang Cauliflower

I bought a head of cauliflower to make another recipe on Kirby’s site, but I decided to try this one out instead. Wow! Not only was it easy to make, I ate it up in less than 10 minutes! I made this twice this week and I plan on making it again when I get some more eggs. 😀

3. Meal Prepped Healthy Mexican Soup

I’m actually eating this right now while I type. 😀 It’s an easy soup is a bit on the bland side, but that’s what makes it great. If I were sick right now I could still eat it. But because I’m not, I added some spicy hummus and cheese to make it extra yummy.

4. Homemade Taco Seasoning

(Sorry, I can’t get the code to work from Pinterest!)

With an effort to be more healthy, I decided to make my own taco seasoning. I did some research on Pinterest and found this easy recipe with only eight ingredients. My family thought it was a little spicy, but I loved it!

5. English Muffin with Blueberry Vanilla Goat Cheese


I had a hankering for a bagel and cream cheese, so I decided to whip this up and eat it! I’m so glad I did. It was so much healthier for me and tasted pretty damn good!
